Torbay Hospital Radio would like to announce that we will be supporting this event.
The objective is to promote the Big Plan which has been arranged in conjunction with the Adult Social Care Commissioning Team. They want to raise the profile and provide access to information and services to help the LD community realise they have choices and the power to control their own lives.
The LD Ambassadors have been working alongside Torbay Council for many years and have produced the Big Plan LD Disability Strategy.
About the Event
The event will focus on 6 areas:
Information will be available via stands/displays, talks and activities based on these areas and everybody is welcome. We will also be playing music and explaining what THR do in the community and how you can help us.
